Sales Director
Lead AdDRIVN's commercial growth across the Egyptian market. You'll own the sales strategy, build the pipeline, and convert top brands and agencies into long-term advertising partners on our mobile DOOH network.
What you'll do
- Own the Egypt sales target — quarterly forecast, pipeline coverage, and revenue delivery
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with brands, media agencies, and trading desks
- Lead the consultative sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature on six- and seven-figure campaigns
- Hire, mentor, and manage a growing local sales team as the market scales
- Partner with media planning, ops, and product to translate client objectives into campaign proposals
- Represent AdDRIVN at industry events, conferences, and client briefings across the region
What you bring
- 6+ years of out-of-home (OOH) or DOOH media sales experience in Egypt or the MENA region
- Established network of relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers
- Demonstrated record of closing large, multi-quarter advertising contracts
- Strong commercial instincts — pricing, packaging, and negotiation
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Comfortable building from zero in a high-growth, hands-on environment
